POLITICS, RELIGION, & BARBEQUE
I argue with my friend a lot about BBQ. I'm from Texas. He's from Arkansas, and we frequently argue about who's got the best BBQ. Obviously, I'm the one who's in the right. One of the best BBQ joints I've ever been is a place my dad took me to in Gilmer, TX, Doc's Hot Links.

Doc's Hot Links is absolute proof that the best BBQ ever can only be found in Texas and that there is no good BBQ in Arkansas. Controversial, I know. Alongside religion and politics, it's not good form to talk about BBQ if you want to avoid a conflict here in the South, but there is no argument to be had. Doc's Hot Links makes it so resoundingly clear that the best BBQ is only found in Texas, I had to paint it twice.
